Academic Literacy For All

Thursday, January 28th, 2010

I just finished up developing the Academic Literacy For All site (ALA) for the University of New Mexico.

Click here to visit the site.

The site uses the existing UNM design, which I converted into Joomla! template.

Content is managed on the site through Joomla! for UNM to be able to edit the site content remotely. Registered users can create their own WordPress blogs within the site. The site also includes video, audio and a discussion board to enable users to interact.

Summer Update

Sunday, August 9th, 2009

Ah, the summer.. Barbecue, baseball and web development!

I have been busy over the past few months designing and developing websites and Flash animations. I am currently working on a website for University of New Mexico’s Department of Education and a site for a friend and writer, Jessica Lynn. For these sites I am using Joomla! and WordPress respectively to give the clients control over the content of their website. These sites will soon be live and viewable to the public.

I also just wrapped up a round of Flash banner animations for First Community Bank of New Mexico’s new website. I will post a link to their new website as soon as it goes live.

Happy Summer :-)
